Low: From October to March (Easter and Christmas excluded).
Middle: April, May, June and September.

3 days rental minimum, except in August (15 days)
Our facilities will be closed on Sundays and bank holidays

Prices indicated are per day and it includes:

Unlimited kilometres*, all-risks insurance (except first €600 excess, fees and taxes (I.V.A, etc…), first trip expenses (first gas charge and chemical liquid), 24 hours roadside assistance (valid all over Europe), maintenance (under contracting rules), free parking for your car for the duration of your rental services. Prices in euros.
* Only 3 days rental includes 800 Kms, the rest shall be paid to 0.25 €/km

Deposit

In anticipation of flaws or damages, a deposit of €600 is required, and must be paid by credit card.

Renounces

In case of customer cancels the rental reservation, the following penalties will be applied to the deposit:

If notice of cancellation is given within 30 days of the start of the rental period: 50%
If it is communicated between 30 and 16 days before the start of the rental period: 80%
If notice is given less than 16 days before the start of the rental period: 100%

Deliveries and returns

Vehicle deliveries or returns must be made at our facilities.

Reservations

To confirm the reservation of any of our vehicles, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reserved rental must be paid in advance

Driver’s conditions

Age not less than 23 years old
Valid driving licence (B), two years of driving experience

Customer’s rate

The customer price applies to anyone who has previously rented or purchased a caravan, motor home or camper.

1 The vehicle must be returned the date and time signed in the contract. 24 hours later it will be reported to the authorities as disappearance.

2 The vehicle is given to the customer with the diesel tank full. Must be returned also full.

3 The vehicle is given clean inside: kitchen bloc, fridge, WC. Must be returned also clean, specially care in the WC, empty and clean. Otherwise it will be charged the amount of (90,00 € ), stipulated in the contract into the concept of cleaning.

4 Important: don't use for cleaning scratching or abrasive products (bleach, etc…) or scourers in the floor or bathroom.

5 Specially care when using shoes dirty with mud or gravel that can mark or scratch the floor.

6 Not smoke allowed inside of the vehicle.

7 Absolutely forbidden to put sticks inside or outside of the vehicle without the previous permission of the renting company.

8 Please, use for the toilet the paper you will found into the vehicle. Absolutely forbidden use any other kind of paper (included the domestic one).

9 In case of mechanic fault of break-down remember to call the Assistance Service Phone we supply.

10 Any other problem inside of the vehicle must be explained to the Renting Center Tel. 965 457819 (Caravanas Cruz). Any repair will be covered without our previous agreement.
